Best time to buy a car in 2026?

I'm looking to buy a new SUV this year. With market conditions changing, when do you think would be the best time to make a purchase? I've heard that end of year deals can be good, but also that supply chain issues are affecting inventory.

What are your thoughts? Any specific months to target?

Also consider March - many people get tax refunds around then, and dealers sometimes have fresh inventory after the new year production ramp-up.
